Client records are the property of Children’s Homes of Iredell County, Inc., however, we recognize that clients and their legal guardians have limited rights to client record information. Access will be provided per Children’s Homes of Iredell County’s procedures and as permitted by law and signed consent for release of information. 

Personal information individuals may provide to Children’s Homes of Iredell County, Inc. is accessible by only staff designated to use the information for the purpose intended by you.
