Programs & Services

Children's Homes of Iredell County is comprised of 4  group homes, each designed to provide a foster home environment and high quality therapeutic care for children and youth, ages new born to 21 years of age.  Most children have come to us because of abuse and neglect; many have witnessed, or have been victims of, domestic or community violence.
All homes are staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.    

Goals

1. To provide a safe, stable and nurturing home environment
2. To facilitate family reunification through partnership and direction from the legal guardian, DSS 
3. To help our youth transition into a less structured environment
4. To prepare our youth on their path for self-sufficiency outside of group care
